Online Banking

Transfer money, pay bills, check your balance and always know what's going on with your accounts. Online Banking gives you anytime access anywhere you go. Enroll by clicking the "Log in" button at the top of the page, then clicking "Sign Up."

Mobile Banking

Similar to Online Banking, you have the power of immediate account access from your mobile device when you download our app.

Phone Banking

When you're offline, call our automated telephone banking system at 800-492-1032 to check balances, transfer funds or listen to your transaction history. 

And if you want to talk to a person, our Contact Center has representatives available to answer questions during normal business hours at 800-696-9401

Sometimes you forget your checking account balance, so it's good to have financial backup to avoid overdraft fees and declined transactions. An Overdraft Protection Line of Credit can automatically cover those shortfalls.

Use eStatements instead of paper statements and you'll get quicker, more secure access to your monthly Webster Five statement. View them online anytime while you lower your risk of identity theft, reduce clutter and help protect the environment – at no charge to you. 

Enroll in Digital Banking first and then sign up for eStatements by selecting the option when you log in. You'll receive an email when your statement is ready to view online.

When you open a Webster Five checking account, we'll send your debit card by mail. Activate it by calling 800-290-7893.

To report a lost or stolen card, call 888-297-3416.

If you're running low on checks, the easiest way to reorder is online through Harland Clarke. You can also visit one of our branch locations and we'll reorder checks for you.

If you spot a suspicious transaction on your account or need to file a dispute, call us at 800-696-9401 or visit one of our branches.

If you need to stop payment on a check, call 800-696-9401 or visit one of our convenient branch offices. You’ll need the account number, check number, payee, check amount and issue date.

Make sure your address is up to date in our files so we can keep you informed about your account. You can change your address by logging in to Digital Banking and clicking your profile icon in the top right corner.
