Our Bank Leaders
With decades of banking experience under their collective belts, our Bank leaders drive growth and change to improve our customers’ banking experiences at all touch points. They also create a culture that allows our employees to do their best work, feel valued and grow within the organization. On a daily basis, they provide oversight to ensure our departments operate effectively and efficiently, while adhering to a consistent code of ethics and values. Most of our leaders have lived in South Central Massachusetts for the majority of their lives. They have a deep connection to this community, and it shows in the numerous boards they serve on outside the bank.

With over 30 years of experience in commercial lending, Chris manages our Business team. His depth of knowledge and experience in the local market gives Chris the expertise needed to successfully lead one of the largest and most skilled business banking teams in central Massachusetts.

Brian leads our Retail Banking division with an extensive background in direct branch and regional management, helping him make innovative ideas a reality for the bank. He is deeply focused on delivering an exceptional customer experiences through interactions in our branches, through our Contact Center, and through our Digital Banking platform.

A driven and dynamic leader with extensive industry experience and a wealth of knowledge in technology and operational excellence, Kate Megraw brings an innovative vision to our leadership team and works to position technology and operations to meet the current and future needs of Webster Five and its customers.
Jennifer Nickerson
Chief Risk Officer
With a career spanning over two decades in the financial sector, Jennifer is the key to Webster Five’s risk management strategy. Bringing an extensive background in auditing and risk assessment, she is instrumental in fortifying the Bank with proactive risk management and effective core leadership for all Bank risk functions.
