Webster Five hires Tracey Myers as VP, Retail Branch Network
(August 19, 2021) Webster, MA – Webster Five Cents Savings Bank has hired Tracey Myers, Vice President, Retail Branch Network. In this role, Tracey will be responsible for the sales, service, and operational leadership of the Webster Five branch network. She will have management oversight of all aspects of the branch banking experience, including training, employee development, and customer experience. Tracey holds her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College and earned her MBA from Bentley College.
Tracey has a broad background in financial services, starting her career as a Financial Analyst at Accenture, moving into Marketing at Liberty Mutual, and holding several roles at Citizens Bank. Tracey spent most of her 17 years at Citizens in Retail Banking, culminating in a role leading Retail Sales & Strategy Development and Culture Evolution for the bank’s branch network. Most recently, Tracey served as Director of Digital Sales at Santander, where she led a team of product managers responsible for the evolution of the bank’s digital platforms, serving products across the consumer banking spectrum.
