The Webster Five Foundation announces donation to VNA Care
The Webster Five Foundation has announced that as part of the Web of Caring to Make a Difference program, it will donate $1,000 to VNA Care.The donation will support their Topic Focused Health Education and Screening Programs for Older Adults.
For more than 130 years, VNA Care has served the home health and hospice needs of millions of patients throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts. As a home health, palliative care and hospice organization, VNA Care clinicians work in collaboration with the patient and their doctor to develop a plan of care tailored to achieving health care goals. Their mission is to provide the right care with kindness and compassion every day for every person they serve.
