Shrewsbury Branch Manager Promoted to AVP

Webster Five Cents Savings Bank announces the promotion of Cheryl Pedjoe to assistant vice president as branch manager of the Shrewsbury location, her position for the past three years. Having started with Webster Five in 2006, Cheryl has been working on the retail side of banking to successfully run the full-service branch while continuing to build her professional network. She has 17 years of experience in the banking industry, and has worked in retail management for 30 years. Due to her dedication and performance in this role, Cheryl earned the status promotion to AVP.

Cheryl’s well-established customer relationships and knowledge of the Shrewsbury branch have proven to be integral in that branch’s success. Cheryl oversees the daily operations of the branch, including staff supervision, community relations, customer service and business development. She has been a member of the leadership team within the BNI Elite Referral Group for the past 10 years, and has been an active member of the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce for 11 years. Cheryl currently attends Quinsigamond Community College, where she is working toward her bachelor’s degree in business administration in science.
