New Assistant Manager at Front Street Branch

Webster Five Cents Savings Bank announces the promotion of Brianna Balise from Senior Personal Banking Specialist to Assistant Branch Manager of the Front Street, Worcester branch. Starting with Webster Five in August 2014, Brianna began her career as a teller in Auburn, where she worked for the past 3 years, gaining experience and more responsibilities within the branch. In January 2016, she was promoted to Personal Banker, promoted to Senior Personal Banking Specialist in May 2017, and began training and mentoring new employees.

Prior to joining Webster Five, Brianna worked in the retail business for 6 years, where she gained customer service skills, giving her an advantage upon entering the banking industry. Throughout her 3 years with Webster Five, Brianna has been devoted to the bank’s community involvement and has contributed to internal committees. She is currently working towards a Sales and Service Management Diploma through the Center for Financial Training.

In her new role, Brianna will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, staff supervision, community relations, and business development efforts. As Assistant Manager, Brianna will continue to serve as a leader and a great addition to the Front Street team.
