Contact Center Representative

Assists customers with routine inquiries, including basic transactional and product questions in a multichannel servicing environment.  Explores customers’ needs and recommends solutions to retain and expand retail and business relationships.  Initiates cross-selling opportunities. Promotes the use of online and self-service tools.   Provides exceptional customer service consistent with the Bank’s values – respect, excellence and partnership. Relies on instructions and defined procedures to perform the functions of the position focusing on efficiency and delivery of accurate and complete information. Maintains confidentiality of the Bank’s information. Candidates who are fluent in Spanish are highly encouraged to apply.

 

Digital Banking Analyst

The Digital Banking Analyst focuses on the development, implementation, and optimization of digital banking initiatives. Collaborates with business units to enhance the digital banking experience for Webster Five customers. Monitors digital banking platforms and processes to ensure optimal performance and usability. Works independently under the supervision of the Business Application Manager

 

Branch Operations Manager

Serves as a member of the branch leadership team, overseeing the efficient operation of the branch and adherence to all established controls. Ensures all operational functions are properly performed by branch team members. Manages Tellers and mentors Relationship Bankers as it relates to operational responsibilities. Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Emulates the Bank’s defined Service Standards. Consistently provides exceptional service to all customers representing the Bank in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.

Relationship Banker II PT 20 Hours – Front St. Worcester

Proactively assists customers in strengthening their financial relationship with the Bank through needs-based conversations, recommendations of Bank product and service offerings, referrals to partners and account openings. Processes financial transactions and supports the sales and service culture through sales-related activities. Maintains confidentiality of bank records and customer information. Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Consistently provides outstanding service representing the branch and the Bank in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.

Mortgage Loan Originator

Proactively solicits and originates residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory, and secondary market guidelines. Actively fosters and cultivates business relationships with diverse members of the community to generate residential mortgage business meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives. Provides guidance to customers throughout the mortgage application and processing activities.
